The MUST expansion is a landmark development spanning a total built-up area of 195,000 m². The architectural design features four interconnected main buildings linked by corridors and metal bridges, supported by two basement levels, two specialized administrative wings, and an integrated Science Park
Our Role: Al Adawy’s Contribution
Al Adawy served as the specialized contractor responsible for the building envelope and architectural aesthetic, ensuring both structural performance and a modern visual identity for the campus.
Scope of Expertise:
Building Envelope: Supply and installation of high-performance aluminum and structural glazing curtain wall systems
Architectural Finishing: Execution of bespoke exterior cladding and advanced façade systems.
Objective: Delivering long-term structural performance and a modern architectural aesthetic.
Visual Integration: Execution of contemporary design elements that define the character of the university's expansion.
